Shipping Charges - We charge a flat rate of $3 for shipping to all orders in the United States.  If you are only ordering Earring Converters, the shipping charge is $1.   Shipments to non-US countries should contact us before placing an order to see what the shipping charges will be. 

Return Policy - We will allow you to return an item if you call us within 3 days after receiving it and get an authorization number.  You then have 3 days to return the item to us for a return or exchange.  We realize that this is a strict policy, however, we do this to assure that you are getting brand new, never worn merchandise.  We are not the Home Shopping Club, where you can use the item for 30 days and then send it back.  If an item arrives broken or damaged in freight, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipper.

Product Description  - As we only sell costume jewelry, all materials are man-made.  The terms gold and silver represent a faux goldtone and silvertone finish, and all reference of gemstones such as pearls, marcasite, Mother of Pearl and Abalone pearls refer to man made faux stones.

Jewelry Quality - All of our jewelry is brand new. We personally hand pick all of our jewelry selections to assure that we only carry quality, high fashion, beautiful jewelry.  We have 18 vendors, and browse their inventory monthly to be up to date on all of the latest styles.  We only buy what we would wear ourselves, so you can be assured that our entire stock consists of pieces that you will be proud to own and wear.
